At BIY.ie we have successfully completed a build it yourself step by step programme whereby home owners can build their own house extension without all of the overheads that a construction company has. We design your build and supply a set of working drawings, build costs, construction programme which includes dates and tasks and a list of experienced, qualified tradesmen. There are lead times on kitchens, windows etc. which will be all included in the construction programme, this basically is a step by step build it yourself programme. We can offer a project management service for your build if required.Included in your Build It Yourself package is a list of all suppliers who we recommend, and have worked with for over 25 years.
We arrange for all the sustainable energy of Ireland grants to be claimed, from solar panels and heating upgrades, to internal and external insulations. Please see www.seai.ie for more information.
