If you wish to build your own home, you will require planning permission. We at BIY.ie can look after your complete package, by our professional experienced team, from design, submitting your planning application, erecting your site notice, complete building cost package, pack of experienced nominated subcontractors who will build your new home from commencement to completion. We can offer a project management service if you require for your new build, for the full term of your build, or at different stages that you wish to opt for. Our architects and engineers will sign off on all the certification required upon surveying the completed works.
